Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Q: How many classes will my child attend per week?
   A: Your child will attend class once a week. You will pick ONE day and time, and come to that same day and time every week.
2. Q: What happens if we need to miss a class?
   A: When a class is missed, there is an option for a make-up class. Each student is allotted 2 make-up classes per semester. Make-ups are based on availability and are required to be scheduled in advance. The make-up classes will not roll over to a new semester.
3. Q: How long does the semester go for?
   A: Each semester is 18 classes long. The start and end date as well as our holidays and closings can be found on our “Schedule” tab.
4. Q: Are there specific classes for boys and girls?
   A: At NinjaCats, all of our classes are co-ed.
5. Q: How many children will be in each class?
   A: For all of our classes, there is a maximum of 8 students per class.
6. Q: Where do we park?
   A: We are located inside Equalize Fitness. Any parking spot that says “Reserved for Equalize Fitness” is available for NinjaCats parking as well.
7. Q: Can I stay and watch the class?
   A: Parents are allowed to stay and watch the class. There is a waiting room with a television feed of the classes. In addition, there is limited space on the “bridge” that oversees the course.  Parents are prohibited to watch from the fitness center floor or from the NCW fenced area.
8. Q: Do I have to stay for my child’s whole class?
   A: Parents are not required to stay in the facility while classes are going on.
9. Q: What should my child wear?
   A: Sneakers are an excellent choice.   Preferably soft rubber bottom soles with minimal tread.  The best shoes will be light, have excellent grip, and provide great support for your feet and ankles.  Clothing should be form fitting.   Nothing baggy.  Hair must be secured and no jewelry (post earrings are allowed).
10. Q: Can I try a class?
    A: Yes, you can register for a trial class. The price is equivalent to that of one class ($35.00). You will first need to create an account on our NinjaCats Obstacle Course portal, and then contact a NinjaCats coach to schedule the trial class. We recommend emailing ncw_information@ninjacatswarriors.com, or calling during office hours.
11. Q: Do I pay monthly or all at once?
    A: In order to reserve a spot in a class, we require payment in full for the semester at the time of registration. If you do not pay by midnight, the system will automatically cancel your class enrollment. We offer a split payment option in which we would take half of the semester payment up front plus a $35.00 installment fee and then charge the card on file the remaining half, one month after the first payment is made.
12. Q: Is there a sibling discount?
    A: Yes, we do offer a $65.00 discount to siblings. The first child will be required to pay full price, all additional children will receive a $65.00 discount for the semester.
13. Q: What is your protocol regarding Covid-19?
    A:  Classes operate in small groups and size is limited to 8 participants. Because all children are registered for a specific day/time we can monitor attendance for tracing purposes.
